La Colaboradora: Collective for the Management of Cultural Offerings and Local Identity 

At Trama, we developed La Colaboradora, a community cultural management process in the Los Nogales neighborhood of Estación Central, aimed at recognizing and activating the existing cultural capacities within the territory. Through a Collaborative Roundtable and three lines of work —Create, Share, and Connect— we brought together training, cultural programming, heritage, and memory, supporting local residents and cultural agents in the creation and management of their own initiatives. The project helped strengthen local capacities, activate different spaces throughout the neighborhood, and generate new tools for participatory cultural management with the potential for continuity.

The process brought together 12 affiliated cultural agents, certified 10 local residents through the Ciclo Formativo Popular, conducted 11 workshops as part of the Academia de Barrio, and received more than 100 registrations. In addition, 56 participants were certified through the Academia de Barrio, and 8 cultural events were developed through Cartelera La Colaboradora, with 19 certified workshop facilitators and producers.

As part of this process, we developed initiatives linked to memory and the ways we tell the story of the territory. Among them, we highlight three resources that allow you to read, listen to, and connect with the voices and memories of Los Nogales:
