La Colaboradora – Población Los Nogales 

As Trama, we led the design and implementation of a participatory territorial diagnosis in Los Nogales — combining fieldwork, interviews, stakeholder mapping, georeferencing, and trust-building with cultural, social, sports, religious, and municipal organizations. This methodology has made it possible to organize key information and lay the foundations for a cultural program that is relevant, collaborative, and built for sustainability.

The project has successfully engaged a diverse range of actors around a shared vision of promoting, making visible, and strengthening local culture. To date, 33 territorial stakeholders have been reached, activating a relational and diagnostic foundation that allows for the projection of a more connected cultural ecosystem with greater capacity for development.
