Years of Culture Qatar–Chile 2025

As Trama, we served as the focal point and operational partner in Chile for the Years of Culture Qatar–Chile program — leading institutional coordination, partnership development, and the implementation of a diverse cultural agenda across multiple formats and territories. We coordinated strategic visits, supported delegations, and brought projects to life alongside Qatar Museums, DIRAC, municipalities, museums, universities, and local organizations — translating an international initiative into relevant, viable experiences with lasting impact.

The program mobilized over 1,000 participants across 20 activities, engaged more than 40 partner institutions, and built a collaboration network with at least 8 institutional visits, 10 ongoing agreements, and 6 confirmed follow-ups. Highlights include 160 participants in the cultural volunteering program in Matanzas, 101 children in cultural mediation activities in Santiago, and projected new collaborations in heritage, design, education, and exhibitions between Chile and Qatar.
